Aqbay is a technology company that only develops and delivers:

• Custom iGaming software development

We do not operate gambling platforms, accept bets, or provide gambling services to end users.

• End-user management and payments

Aqbay shall not be responsible for any penalties, losses, or claims arising from your business operations.

Intellectual Property

All software, code, designs, documentation, trademarks, and materials provided by Aqbay remain the intellectual property of Aqbay or its licensors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not:

Custom development ownership will be defined in separate agreements where applicable.

Payments and Refunds
